Cleeman Realty Group closes $22.6 million off-market retail transaction in Pennsylvania

Pottstown, PA Cleeman Realty Group closed the sale of Town Square Plaza, a 215,572 s/f retail shopping center located at 1100 Town Square Rd. for $22.6 million in an off-market transaction. Situated on 38 acres, the shopping center features a national tenant lineup anchored by Lowe’s, PetSmart, and Advance Auto Parts.

Originally constructed in 2005, Town Square Plaza offers a substantial retail footprint in the local market and demonstrates continued investor interest in established multi-tenant shopping centers with nationally recognized retailers.
