The new healthcare practice will advise healthcare providers, professionals and organizations on business, transactional, regulatory and operational matters, serving clients including physicians, physician groups, dentists and healthcare-related businesses. The team will work collaboratively with attorneys across the firm’s corporate, real estate, employment, litigation, and trusts and estates practices.
