2026 Developing Long Island: Arden at Garvies Point

Glen Cove, NY Arden at Garvies Point represents the next phase of RXR’s continued transformation of the Glen Cove waterfront into a vibrant, mixed-use community. Developed by RXR in partnership with Chuo Nittochi America Corporation Team, the five-story boutique rental building will introduce 101 new residences to the 56-acre Garvies Point community once completed in early 2027. This will include retail with outdoor patio seating, covered garage and surface spaces and more than 15,000 s/f of indoor/outdoor amenities, including a swimming pool.

“Having been part of Garvies Point’s evolution from the beginning, it’s incredibly meaningful to see the community that has taken shape along the waterfront,” said Joe Graziose, EVP of residential development and construction at RXR. “Arden marks the next chapter in that growth, bringing new homes and adding to the energy and sense of place we’ve worked to create here.”

Upon the completion of Arden, RXR will have delivered more than 800 homes within Garvies Point, including a mix of multifamily, condo and workforce residences, further advancing the company’s long-term vision to transform the former industrial waterfront into a connected residential destination with housing, public access and amenities for the community.
