Hunt Construction completes demolition work for Patina Capital at 710 Route 25A

Hunt Construction Services, Inc. has completed demolition work for Patina Capital, LLC at 710 Rte. 25A. The firm was hired by the owner and acted as general contractor to oversee the demolition of a retail building. The building was previously used by Stony Brook Beverage, a beer distributor, and was recently purchased by Patina Capital. A portion of the building and an old storage facility were demolished, and the site clean-up was then performed in preparation for the next phase of a construction project. "The building was an eyesore and functionally obsolete," said Rob Ciurleo, senior managing partner at Hunt Construction. "So I imagine the community is happy to see it gone. While this was a fairly routine and quick assignment, we are always happy to help our clients with their construction needs, large or small." Hunt Construction Services, Inc. provides general contracting, construction management and maintenance services for Long Island companies. Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. specializes in exclusively representing clients for the a acquisition or disposition of commercial real estate.
