Hackett of Metro Realty handles nine transactions totaling 55,500 s/f; Blumenthal and Romano of Metro Realty assist in two deals
According to Metro Realty Services, Jeremy Hackett recently closed nine deals totaling 55,500 s/f during the last several months.
Ridgewood Industries a Construction Company moved to 4,000 s/f plus yard space at 3118 Horseblock Rd.
Inglasia Pentecostal Christo Dise moved into 4,275 s/f at 325 Wyandanch Ave., West Babylon from 114 Long Island Ave., Wyandanch.
Pool Service Solutions leased 3,500 s/f at 920 Wellwood Ave., Lindenhurst. They moved from 1285 Montauk Hwy., Copaige.
Shadi Paradise, an event planner formerly located at 341 Jericho Tpke. in Floral Park, took 3,600 s/f at 96 Urban Ave., Westbury.
Trans Mid East Shipping leased 6,500 s/f at 33B Dubon St., Farmingdale.
Brothers Roofing leased 14,276 s/f at 560 Commercial Ave., Garden City. They moved from 7 Terminal Rd., West Hempstead. AJF Realty was a co-broker.
Avi Arms leased a 7,100 s/f warehouse at 33A Dubon Ct, Farmingdale. Their old address was 80 Skyline Dr., Plainview.
Andy Blumenthal of Metro Realty Services, LLC and Hackett co-brokered a lease with APS Pharmaco who leased 8,700 s/f at 200 Bangor St., Lindenhurst.
