Great American Brokerage completes transactions

Great American Brokerage has closed a transaction for Muscle Maker Grill. The 2,000 s/f restaurant will have floor to ceiling windows and outdoor dining on the Hudson River. Additional units are under negotiation in Central and Northern N.J. They are seeking units near gymnasiums in better income neighborhoods. Great American also negotiated and opened a cornet store on Flatbush Ave. in Brooklyn for Metro PCS, a new provider of monthly Unlimited Local and Long Distance Service . Great American is also negotiating locations in Queens. This summer, we will be seeking locations in Nassau and Suffolk counties. They have taken an exclusive listing on a Manhattan catering facility on the Hudson River. The location has dining for parties up to 250, a bar area, an oversized kitchen and a patio of 3,000 s/f . Over $42 million has been invested in the facility. The business and leasehold are for sale. Great American also has a listing on a 120 room hotel just yards from the Long Beach boardwalk. The four-story building has a large lobby, solarium, chapel, and an oversized dining room on the ground floor. there is a full basement with recreation room, backup for the food service, and storage and mechanical areas. This property is priced for sale at $100,000 per key. Significant mechanical improvements have recently been completed. There are no building violations. Showings by appointment only. This is the only operating hotel in Long Beach.
