Goldschmidt & Associates closes 3 retail leases totaling 8,235 s/f

Yorktown Heights, NY According to Eric Goldschmidt senior partner at Goldschmidt & Associates, the firm has brokered three retail leases:

Goldschmidt co-brokered the long term lease of a free standing 5,835 s/f space at 2035 Crompond Rd. Currently occupied by Chase Bank, this location was leased  to Verizon Wireless, represented by John Williams of Royal Properties. Goldschmidt represented ownership.

The location is off the intersection of Rtes. 202, 118 and 35. 

The firm brokered two retail leases at 475 Main St. in Armonk:

The first lease was 1,200 s/f on the upper retail level to CoreLab opening its second location. The tenant specializes in the Megaformer Workout.  The tenant was represented by Kymie Cooksey of Houlihan Lawrence. 

The second lease was for 1,200 s/f on the upper level to Armonk Prep which specializes in student tutoring.  It is their second location.  Lisa Daniel was the sole broker.

Lisa Daniel of Goldschmidt negotiated both leases on behalf of the owner. 475 Main Street is a downtown retail center across from the new CVS and close to Armonk Sq. anchored by a new DeCicco’s.
