Fuoco Group acquires XT Group

Fuoco Group LLP has acquired information technology firm XT Group. The acquisition increases the size and capabilities of Fuoco Group's growing Information Technology Services Group; the two now form Fuoco Technology. One of the largest CPA and consulting firms, Fuoco Group welcomes the entire XT Group staff and names former XT Group partners, Paul Trapani and Peter Xenakis as CEO and COO within the technology division of Fuoco Group. Fuoco Technology will offer a wide range of information technology capabilities, including cloud computing, hardware support, software installation and support, hardware upgrades, Internet security, networking and consulting. "The alignment of our entrepreneurial cultures makes this business union a strategic step forward for our clients," said the firm's director of operations, Joseph Manzelli. Previously, Trapani and Xenakis served as co-founders of XT Group. Since 2005 XT group has helped businesses and government integrate new technologies into their existing IT architectures. "Our technology experience is a great complement to Fuoco Group Consulting services. Combining our efforts will also allow us to provide an even higher level and breadth of services to our clients," said Trapani.
