Friedman named senior managing director at Murray Hill Properties
According to Murray Hill Properties, Joe Friedman is to serve as senior managing director. Prior to joining Murray Hill Properties, Friedman was with Adams & Co. Over the course of his career, Friedman has completed hundreds of leases, ranging from 1,000 ft. to more than 25,000 s/f.
He has represented many not-for-profit agencies, such as CORE and The Edwin Gould Student League. Joe has represented many Law and Accounting firms and other business professionals.
Friedman is especially adept at matching a tenant's business objectives with the best real estate solution and is highly attuned to the time sensitivity of real estate requirements. Joe is dedicated to his clients who appreciate his ability to canvass and preview "hidden" spaces and negotiate favorable lease terms on their behalf.
Previously, Friedman served as President and CEO of 7th Ave. Center Enterprises, a large apparel manufacturer located in Manhattan and Brooklyn with more than 200 employees. Since Joe has been on both sides of a lease transaction, he feels a close affinity with his clients.
A graduate of Boston University School of Management, Friedman is a licensed real estate broker in New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
