Frederick and Michaels of Cassidy Turley handle lease renewals; CBRE, Grubb & Ellis and Centric Advisors assist
According to Cassidy Turley, Metropolitan Bank and New Millennium Group have renewed their leases at 10 East 53rd St. Financial Services Volunteer Corp, USS Holding and Gridley & Co. have signed new leases in the plaza trophy building.
Metropolitan Bank will be renewing their lease on the ground floor and concourse level for 5,045 s/f of retail space at the location.
New Millennium Group, a boutique executive search firm, will be renewing its lease for 2,079 s/f on the 25th floor.
Financial Services Volunteer Corp, a not-for-profit, private-public partnership, has signed a 10-year lease term for the entire 35th and 36th floors which totals approximately 17,774 s/f. The tenant was advised by Jim Emden of CBRE and Ira Rovitz of Grubb & Ellis (G&E).
In addition, USS Holding and Gridley & Co., a boutique investment bank, have leased space together in the building. Both companies will occupy the entire 24th floor, totaling approximately 7,446 s/f. Patrick Robinson and Lindsay Ornstein of Centric Advisors represented the tenant.
