Uniondale, NY Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP (FDT) welcomes Lorraine Stacknowitz Boss, Jamie Memisha and Jeremy Musella to the firm.

Boss joins the firm as a tax, trusts & estates partner. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. For 20 years prior to joining FDT, Boss was an attorney at Brosnan & Hegler, LLP in Garden City.- Boss earned her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, and her B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Memisha joins the firm as a Legal Assistant in the Tax Certiorari practice group. Prior, Memisha was a legal assistant at J. Bradford Kenealy, P.C. Memisha earned her Associate Degree with Applied Science from the Fashion Institute of Technology and her B.S. in Business Marketing from SUNY College at Old Westbury. She is pursuing her ABA Certified Paralegal Certificate from Hofstra University.

Musella joins the firm’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions and Veterinary practice groups as an associate. Prior, Musella was an associate at Cullen and Dykman LLP. Musella earned his J.D. from the Maurice Deane School of Law at Hofstra Univ. and his B.B.A. from Hofstra Univ.
