Forchelli Curto Deegan names Dornfeld co-chair of VPG; Tricolla appointed associate in the group

Uniondale, NY According to Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana, LLP, the firm’s veterinary practice group (VPG) has a new co-chair partner Daniel Dornfeld, and a new member, associate Danielle Tricolla.

Dornfeld focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate and development and related litigation.  He regularly handles such transactions as commercial mortgages, loan workouts, purchase and sale agreements, IDA transactions and leases. He will be assisting the other transactional attorneys in regard to acquisitions, sales, leases and employment agreements.

Tricolla concentrates her practice in the area of litigation and real estate. Tricolla is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the NYS Bar Association and its commercial litigation. She will be assisting Andrew Curto handle issues with state and federal regulations including representation before its Department of Education.

Other members of the VPG include Robert Groman, former co-chair and now counsel to the VPG, co-chair Mary Mongioi, partner Andrew Curto, partner Robert Moy and associate Allison Rosenzweig.

As an outgrowth of its corporate and transactional practice, the firm has expanded its specialized VPG, which consists of a dedicated team of attorneys who can address the special needs of veterinarians in the sale and purchase of their practices, as well as their day-to-day contractual and management issues and compliance matters.

With proven experience in business transactions, employment law, real estate, estate planning, tax planning, land use and zoning, certiorari, finance, environmental matters and litigation, the VPG provides the veterinary community with professional guidance across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines.
