Dolgin and Rufrano of Kalmon Dolgin arrange 2,200 s/f at 33 Nassau Avenue in Brooklyn

According to Neil Dolgin, executive vice president at Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) the firm has arranged a 2,200 s/f ground floor lease at 33 Nassau Ave. in the Greenpoint section for Di For Your Body, a health and wellness center, in a relocation and expansion from a shared loft space in Manhattan. Fred Rufrano of KDA represented the tenant, 31 Nassau Ave. Corp., while Neil Dolgin of KDA represented building owner, Flour and Sugar LLC. The three-story, 88,000 s/f building is located close to the L and G subway lines and the Williamsburg Bridge. Other retail tenants in the building include Vespa, Mariebelle Chocolates, SBK Florists, Blenderbox and City Aquarium. A new restaurant by restaurateur Robert Shamliam, owner of Spitzer's Corner on the Lower East Side among several others nationwide, recently leased another ground floor space at the Flour & Sugar Building. "Nassau Ave. is becoming more of a retail destination as the transformation of the Greenpoint area continues," said Dolgin. "Di for Your Body is a welcome addition to the Flour & Sugar Building, bringing a much-needed service to residents of the neighborhood."
