NuZine specializes in the design and project management of commercial interior renovations and relocations, 50,000 square feet or less for capital improvements, tenant build-outs, demo and white boxing for retail, tech, garment, hospitality, and business occupancies. NuZine is a certified WBE company with NYC, NYS, and PA.
At NuZine we believe the spaces we build for ourselves are an integral part of our well-being. This does not only mean the finished product should be sustainable and beautiful, it also means the process of designing and building our world should not break the bank or the spirit.
NuZine’s comprehensive and unique approach to interior commercial projects encourages solidarity from the soft costs team to the sub-contractors.
Our philosophy and expertise allow us to be agile, execute a project from beginning to end, or support any team as needed for the Client’s experience to be a positive and seamless one.
