Prior to joining Brown & Altman, DiLeo operated his own real estate investment and consulting firm, where he assisted commercial lenders and hedge funds in facilitating various real estate financing arrangements and loans to real estate developers.
"My partner and I are very excited to welcome Michael DiLeo to Brown & Altman and we look forward to working with him," said Keith Brown, managing partner in the firm. "With his background in such matters as 1031 exchanges, tenants-in-common transactions, industrial development agency work, as well as mezzanine lending and bridge loans, we feel that Michael will help round out the professional services we offer to our clients and to the development industry."
Prior to operating his own business, DiLeo was a senior associate at Phillips, Lytle LLP, in New York City, where he concentrated on asset-based lending transactions, workouts and commercial litigation. He began his legal career at the prestigious law firm of Rivkin, Radler, LLP, in Uniondale, N.Y.
