Great Neck, NY Managing director Bradley Diamond of Lee & Associates BQLI has arranged a 10-year lease for Dollar Tree at 152 Middle Neck Rd., between Kensington Gate and Cedar Dr. The tenant, known for its $1 prices on thousands of items in all categories, has taken immediate occupancy of the 10,200 s/f space that was previously a Rite Aid. It is located near the Great Neck Long Island rail road stop, and neighboring businesses include DeFranco Spagnolo Salon, Bow Tie Squire Cinemas, and Ralph’s Italian Ices.

“We are excited to bring a well-known national retailer to this location,” said Diamond, who represented the owner. “With its wide selection of quality merchandise, the tenant has something for everyone at a great price.”

Daniel Glazer of RIPCO Real Estate Corp, who represented the tenant with colleague Thomas Rettaliata, said, “We are proud to add Great Neck to the 71 leases RIPCO has signed with Dollar Tree over the past five years.”

Dollar Tree’s expected opening date is in the fourth quarter of this year.
