Delavale of Breslin Realty arranges three Long Island retail leases

Wantagh, NY Breslin Realty has arranged three retail leases in L.I. The deals include the following:

• A long-term lease renewal of Northland Hearing Centers in Willow Wood Shoppes, at 1181 Wantagh Ave. Northland Hearing Centers, which also operates under the name Ascent Audiology & Hearing Center, provides a suite of audiological services including prevention, diagnostic care, hearing aids, counseling and personalized aftercare. Ascent Audiology has been opened at this location since 2011. The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the tenant by Russ Lico and Robert Delavale of the Breslin Org.

• A long-term lease with Watermill Deli at 252 W. Montauk Hwy., Hampton Bays. Watermill Deli will be occupying 2,760 s/f next to a new proposed Domino’s Pizza in the Tiana Plaza shopping center. Watermill Deli is relocating from their Water Mill, N.Y. location, where they have been a long-term institution. They serve a wide assortment of Latin Foods, as well as salads, sandwiches, and burgers. The transaction was arranged and negotiated by Delavale.

• A long-term lease with Chipotle Mexican Grill at Sayville Plaza. Chipotle will be occupying 2,300 s/f of newly constructed space in the shopping center located at the northwest corner of Sunrise Hwy. (NY-27) and Johnson Ave. Chipotle is a chain of fast casual Mexican restaurants specializing in tacos and burritos, with over 2,000 locations internationally. The transaction was negotiated for the landlord by Delavale.
