Cohens and Landsman of Ashlind Properties collaborate for 27,000 s/f lease; Richard Cohen also acts for buyer, seller in 28,000 s/f

Ashlind Properties has brokered the following three deals: Levets Design Services, Inc., a furniture retailer which specializes in imported dining sets, coffee tables and furniture pieces has expanded their retail and warehouse operation. Ashlind Properties represented both parties to obtain the 27,000 s/f facility located at 50 Schmitt Blvd. Richard Cohen acted as the exclusive broker. Ashley Cohen and Michael Landsman represented the lessee. Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties representing both buyer and seller, Zippy Shell Mobile Storage consummated a lease transaction with United States Luggage Co. LLC. for 28,000 s/f of office and warehouse space located at 400 Wireless Blvd. in Hauppauge. Luther Appliance & Furniture Sales, Inc., a leader in providing quality products affordably by using flexible payment options, tailored to fit comfortably within our customer's budget has purchased 20,000 s/f in the Hauppauge industrial park for $90 per s/f. As an leader in providing products affordably they have created a growing business model. Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties represented the buyer of the facility located at 129 Oser Ave. in Hauppauge. Frank Posillico of Alliance Real Estate represented the seller, American Chimney Supplies, Inc.
