Champoux of Crowell & Moring: Proud of contributions on behalf of client's success

Name: BARBARA E. CHAMPOUX Title: Partner Company: Crowell & Moring LLP What year did you start your career in commercial real estate: over 20 years ago Email: [email protected] Real Estate Associations/Organizations: CREW Network; CREW New York; ICSC; WX What recent project or transaction are you most proud of? The recent acquisition by a long-standing client of another floor in N.Y.C.'s iconic International Gem Tower was particularly rewarding for me. It evidences the continued success of my client, and I am proud of any contributions my effective advocacy on their behalf may have made to that success. The deal was a challenging one, in its uniqueness and complexity, but also very enjoyable as a result. More importantly for N.Y.C., the IGT symbolizes the transformation and revitalization of the previously deteriorating Diamond District. I am also proud of the role my client played in that transformation, and of assisting them in that endeavor.
