Bradley Carmichael has been recognized for his technical competence and responsibility with a promotion from project coordinator to project manager. His responsibilities include developing client relationships, performing failure investigations and structural analysis, designing solutions, overseeing projects, and mentoring junior staff. Among his current projects are renovations at the Crowne Plaza Times Square hotel, the luxury penthouse at 956 Fifth Ave., and the landmark Hotel Wales Building, all in Manhattan. Carmichael is a member both of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and of Engineers Without Borders.
Jason Griffin, PE has successfully completed his engineering licensing examination, and has been promoted to project engineer. Previously a project coordinator with the firm, Griffin has participated in a number of projects along Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington D.C.; sealant replacement for several buildings at Crystal Gateway and Crystal Square, Arlington Va.; facade rehabilitation at Aramark Tower, Philadelphia Penn.; and a pre-acquisition survey of the Inquirer Building, Philadelphia Penn. As project engineer, he will be responsible for investigating deterioration, performing structural analysis and design, preparing plans and specifications, and providing construction administration services.
