Cappelli Enterprises celebrates grand opening of The Ritz-Carlton

More than 700 dignitaries and invited guests attended the grand opening of The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester and BLT Steak on December 19, 2007. The new 118-room hotel is set in a 44-story glass building designed by renowned architects Costas Kondylis and Partners, and located at Three Renaissance Square - a newly created block in the shopping, dining and entertainment enclave. With modern décor by Frank Nicholson Incorporated of Concord, Mass., The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester is the area's first five-star caliber hotel in the county. BLT, or Bistro Laurent Tourondel, is the hotel's premier restaurant, a modern American steakhouse. The hotel is flanked by the two towers of The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester. The two condominium towers each feature 185 residences and occupy the block-wide Renaissance Square complex developed by Cappelli Enterprises of Valhalla, N.Y. The towers feature one, two and three-bedroom homes ranging in size from 1,100 to 5,000 s/f. Perched on the 42nd floor of Tower I of The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester, is "42," a new rooftop restaurant offering world-class dining and spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline, Long Island Sound, and the lower Hudson Valley.
