Bracha Group exclusive sales and marketing agent for Modern 23

The Bracha Group, a luxury residential branch of Prudential Douglas Elliman, has been chosen as the exclusive sales and marketing agent to represent Modern 23, Manhattan's newest luxury residential condominium located in the heart of Chelsea at 350 West 23rd St.  A collection of 15 floor-through homes with fireplaces, private outdoor space, and open layouts, Modern 23 was designed by Daniel Goldner Architects.   "Modern 23 offers buyers extraordinary living spaces with amenities and finishes not available elsewhere in a Chelsea residential development," said Lenny Sporn, of Prudential Douglas Elliman and partner in The Bracha Group. "Ranging in size from 1,661 to 2,581 s/f, the homes at Modern 23 are some of the largest and most spacious condo units on the market in Manhattan today." Each of the fifteen units features solid rift oak flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, large-walk in closets, 9' ceilings, and unobstructed northern and southern exposures.  Many of the units have private rear balconies and terraces.
