Old Bethpage, NY BEB Real Estate, a real estate and investment company controlled by Bert E. Brodsky & Associates, has leased 67,000 s/f of warehouse space at 303 Winding Rd. to International Warehouse Group.

According to Bert Brodsky, CEO of BEB Real Estate, Old Bethpage is an “ideal location for a warehouse facility.” He notes that the area is a thriving center of commerce, with many medical facilities, office buildings, supermarkets and restaurants, along with easy access to highways.

“Industrial property tends to be a low-risk investment, regardless of economic conditions,” Brodsky said.  “The 303 Winding Rd. location is one of several that we own.  In every case, we’ve experienced an ongoing demand for space.”

Other BEB Real Estate-owned industrial properties are located in Hicksville; Syosset; East Whiteland Township, PA; Essex Junction, VT; Greensboro, NC; and Rockville, MD.

Headquartered in Melville, NY, International Warehouse Group provides warehousing, transportation and related services for a wide range of industries, including fashion apparel, electronics, housewares, beverage, cosmetics, toys, furniture and pharmaceuticals, among others.

Dan Marcus, Dan Oliver and Lee Brodsky of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented BEB Real Estate in the lease negotiations, while Willy Becker and Tony Gerrato of Reinhardt, Becker Ford & Associates represented the tenant.
