Riverhead, NY According to Core Title Services, LLC, Wes Austin has joined their team as a vice president of sales. He is a 20-year veteran of the title insurance industry and has spent the last eight years as a sales executive for Fidelity National Title.

Core Title was founded in 2013 by title insurance industry veterans. They were officers of Fidelity National Title Insurance Co. who decided to start their own title insurance agency in order to provide the personal service that a large company cannot offer. Their priority is first class, personal service to our clients. Core considers their office to be an extension of the staff of their client’s office and their clients know that they are here to assist them with any aspect of their real estate transactions. Their core concept is to offer a boutique experience that focuses completely on their client’s needs.

They founded core on the premise of eliminating the corporate philosophy and practices that are prevalent at large title companies and to provide the attentive service our clients expect and deserve.

 After decades of managing successful companies such as STG Associates, a direct underwriting operation of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and North Shore Abstract we know exactly what needs to be done to get your deals closed efficiently and expeditiously. With a focus on both commercial and residential transactions, their staff utilizes their vast knowledge as well as the latest technology to get your transactions cleared and closed.

They utilize three underwriters to insure all of their files. They are proud to write our insurance through Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company. 

In April, they obtained their Best Practices Certification from a HA&W, the ALTA preferred vendor for Best Practices audits. Best Practices is a framework of 7 Pillars which outlines the proper way to run a title insurance company and to protect its clients and consumers. Best Practices certification is designed to give clients, consumers and lenders confidence in the business practices of their title insurance company.

In addition, they have been certified by Security Compliance Associates (SCA) after a thorough assessment of our security, processes and data protection.
