Art-Of-Form acquires Glueckert and Wieber Arch.

Mark Searage and Raymond Caliendo, principals of Art-Of-Form Architectural Services, PLLC (Art-Of-Form), have acquired Glueckert and Wieber Architects (G&W), in Holbrook, N.Y. The acquisition represents a significant step for Art-Of-Form in its strategy to accelerate company growth. Owners, Bruce Glueckert and George Wieber, plan to retire and need a like-minded company to take over the business and clientele. The G&W Holbrook office will be closed and all architectural services will be relocated to Art-Of-Form's Manhattan and Amityville offices. G&W's clients will have the benefit of a firm with more resources to attend to their needs. "I am thrilled about this union and the business opportunities it will present. G&W's operations will ultimately compliment our processes and will help to elevate our services to meet client needs with greater capacity. We share common business practices, and I am confident that this will be a positive change and bring future success," said Caliendo.
