Aragon Construction and Ted Moudis Assoc. complete build-out

July 21, 2008 - Spotlights
Leading New York City-based general contracting and construction management company Aragon Construction, recently completed a full floor build-out for an international financial services firm. Aragon, working together with architectural and interior design firm Ted Moudis Associates, delivered the 8,000 s/f floor in only 11 weeks.
The new space, which includes executive boardrooms, private offices and a lounge, is serving as this international firm's New York executive offices.

"The new office is truly a showpiece space that has a luxury, residential feel," said Aragon president Alex Getelman. "Many of the materials we utilized were very complicated in terms of matching and fitting. Every surface of this space had to be perfectly coordinated so that once the woodwork was fabricated, it could be slipped into place in a flawless and seamless way."
Kenneth Rapp and Ramsey Feher of CB Richard Ellis represented the financial services firm - which in February relocated to their new space in a Vornado Realty Trust-owned building in Midtown, on Park Avenue - in the 10-year lease transaction.
