The new space, which includes executive boardrooms, private offices and a lounge, is serving as this international firm's New York executive offices.
"The new office is truly a showpiece space that has a luxury, residential feel," said Aragon president Alex Getelman. "Many of the materials we utilized were very complicated in terms of matching and fitting. Every surface of this space had to be perfectly coordinated so that once the woodwork was fabricated, it could be slipped into place in a flawless and seamless way."
Kenneth Rapp and Ramsey Feher of CB Richard Ellis represented the financial services firm - which in February relocated to their new space in a Vornado Realty Trust-owned building in Midtown, on Park Avenue - in the 10-year lease transaction.
