What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Currently QCS is an Energy Services Company (ESCO) working primarily on utility-funded, demand-side management programs. Our GreenSmart Energy Reduction program increases energy efficiency and tenant comfort with passive site improvements. These measures immediately conserve energy, decrease operating costs and reduce the building's carbon footprint while generating recurring annual energy savings in the overall building envelope. As we grow and evolve, our future plans include doing more business in direct weatherization and energy conservation programs.
