Abigail Michaels Concierge has been retained by the Hakimian Organization to provide unparalleled "hotel style" concierge services at the company's new Flatiron 18, a 20-story luxury residential rental building located in Manhattan's trendy Flatiron District that opened in April. "Flatiron 18 offers a lifestyle that is completely unique to Manhattan rentals," said Shawn Hakimian, vice president of marketing & sales for the Hakimian Organization. "We are absolutely thrilled that Abigail Michaels Concierge will offer their amazing range of services to our tenants." Abigail Michaels Concierge Company provides lifestyle management services "that are the expectation of renters, not just buyers" in NYC which is leading the trend, according to Michael Fazio and Abbie Newman, co-founders of Abigail Michaels Concierge Company. Residents of Flatiron 18 will have services that normally would be provided by a concierge in a five star hotel," said Fazio. "This is something very special and will truly enhance the experience of those living at Flatiron 18. Flatiron 18, a 100-unit rental building designed by Richard Cook Architects, features a private landscaped roof deck with panoramic views, 24-attended lobby, fitness center, with condo quality apartments. The Flatiron District is an exciting place to live and play, and we are thrilled to be serving residents there," said Newman.
