A: ZH New York Investors was founded by Zion Halili in 1983. Targeting the real estate markets of the Metropolitan New York area, ZH New York Investors has been recognized as a leading authority in construction, sales, and real estate management in both the commercial and residential markets. The company also offers full-service commercial real estate investment financial consulting services to both domestic and international clientele. We have been a subscriber to the New York Real Estate Journal for over 10 years and use the Journal to benefit our business in many ways. We discovered the Journal in 2004, when our business was in real estate development and management. By reading the Journal it helps update our knowledge on what is going on in the market. It helps us estimate if it is a buyer's or a seller's market, and what exactly is being offered in the market at the time. The Journal also helps determine what the values are for our own properties, and helps us decide when we should buy or when we should sell. The Journal has also been a great help for finding the right financial institution that can provide the finances that we might need. We strongly recommend this Journal to anyone to who is in the business.
