A: I have been a subscriber for over 5 years, personally, as well through several companies that I have worked for. It has recently given me a real grasp of the local (Nassau-Suffolk) market, and in prior years the New York City market.
Q: The approximate year you discovered the NYREJ and what business you were in at the time:
A: I discovered the publication in the early 2000's when I was in the third-party management business for N.Y.C. cooperatives and condominiums.
Q: Your most memorable "15 minutes of fame" in the NYREJ:
A: There was an article about a shopping center deal that I did shortly after joining New York Commercial Real Estate last year. What I remember was that many people from the real estate industry who I had not seen or talked to in several years called me up to congratulate me on the sale. Certainly an indication that NYREJ has a ubiquitous presence amongst New York real estate professionals.
