A: I have been a subscriber of the NYREJ for 18 years. Since the real estate industry is constantly changing, there is always something new to learn, therefore I stay well informed of the current real estate market by reading the NYREJ. Happy 25th Anniversary NYREJ! Q: The approximate year you discovered the NYREJ and what business you were in at the time: A: In 1996 when I joined Citywide Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate firm (Citywide was already a subscriber of the NYREJ long before). Q: Your most memorable "15 minutes of fame" in the NYREJ: A: I'd have to say my favorite was a write up in the NYREJ in 2008 for completing a 15 year lease/with 5 year option commercial real estate deal for a Dialysis center in Manhattan.
