2025 Ones to Watch - Rising Stars: Chase Kirkpatrick, Invictus Property Advisors

“Chase is one of the most tenacious brokers I’ve worked with. He brings deep market knowledge — especially in Park Slope — and pairs it with relentless follow-up and a genuine ability to connect with owners. His hustle, insight, and professionalism consistently set him apart.” - Andrew Levine, Co-Founder at Invictus Property Advisors.

What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? One recent milestone was brokering the off-market sale of 404 5th Ave. in Park Slope. With low in-place income and a vacant second floor, most investors passed. I used AI tools to identify a local dentist seeking space, structured a deal that worked for both parties, and helped the seller exit quietly. It taught me the value of staying organized, persistent, and creative.

What is your top advice for someone just starting out in your field? Get comfortable being uncomfortable. The first year is tough — but while brokerage is a numbers game, it also rewards creativity and smart thinking. With enough volume, consistency, and strategic effort, the law of averages starts to work in your favor. Trust the process, stay disciplined, and stay sharp.
