What was your most notable project, deal, transition or professional achievement in 2017?

We are currently working on two very large assignments; The first of which, is for renovation work at the Waldorf Astoria. The second being the Museum of Natural History’s extension to the existing complex, the project is named ‘The Gilder Center.’ Both buildings are landmarks, and involve MTA, Park Recreations Department, Fire Department, as well as the Department of Transportation as agencies. We are waiting for the completion, as we have already posted it to our website as ‘Trophy Projects.’

What was the best decision  you made in 2017 and why?

Being involved with the Waldorf and American Museum of Natural History, because they are such iconic buildings we feel grateful and happy to be part of history.

Who or what contributed to your success in 2017 and why?

Having been a part of both projects, above mentioned, i feel they equally contribute(d) to our success as a consulting firm. As consultants we become very involved with each aspect of the project. We become part of all construction decision making and coordination. A lot of time goes into the successful completion of a project.

What trends will impart your business in 2018?

The Department of Buildings New Computer/ Electric Filing will assist us in being accountable for Filings and Actions. This will certainly act as a positive for our business.
