Company Name: Tudor Collins Commercial Real Estate

Years in real estate: 18

How have you navigated obstacles to achieve success in your career? I try to look at obstacles as challenges and attack them head on, but take things one step at a time. I use my network of contacts to confide in for advice. I also use my previous experiences to learn from to make future obstacles less overwhelming.

How do you play your strengths to your advantage in your career? My strengths are my organizational and communication skills. Keeping everything I am working on logged and flagged with reminders helps me keep myself and my clients on track with meeting deadlines and task follow up. This hopefully translates to successful deals.

What trends are you seeing so far this year? This year so far we are seeing a continued increase in activity. I concentrate heavily on industrial and flex properties which have a very low vacancy rate in our market and high demand, so we are needing to get more creative with finding the right property for our clients.

What do you do for fun? I love relaxing with my family, exercising, golfing and travel. I will also be getting certified to scuba dive this summer.
