What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2016?

2016 was an incredible year for the Development Teams I lead as we formed relationships with two of the cities most notable and well respected developers, SJP Properties and Savanna. Being name the Exclusive Marketing and Sales team for 200 Amsterdam Avenue and 543 West 122nd Street are a tribute to the amazing team that works with me.

How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2017?

In 2017 we plan to greatly enhance our social media strategy and presence to provide our clients as well as brands with increased exposure to a broader audience. Increasing our social media presence will allow us to provide greater analytical data to our clients on all aspects of buyer trends in order to better inform our clients and efficiently allocated marketing budgets.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2017?

In 2017 and beyond, I think you will begin to see a number of sustainable low maintenance amenities being added to developments. I’m working on a number of concepts that I am going to propose for healthy living at a low cost. Stay tuned!
