I represented the lender group in providing construction financing for the renovation of the 6 million s/f, mixed-use complex known as Industry City in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. What have been some of the benefits of being a mentor or having a mentor?

I find organic mentor relationships to be invaluable. Mentors provide an experienced view, guidance on how to navigate certain situations and, often times, a gut check. I have been fortunate to have mentors at various stages in my career and keep in touch with all of them. I am a mentor to a few junior attorneys and hope that I can give them as much support and encouragement as I have received over the years.
