2015 Year in Review - William Laffey

William Laffey, Spring Scaffolding LLC William Laffey, Spring Scaffolding LLC
What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2015?   In 2015 we invested in the purchase of multiple personnel and material hoists, which will open new avenues for Spring Scaffolding to take in 2016. We deem this to be the key ingredient in taking our business to the next level. What real estate project, transaction, market trend or product had a significant impact on your industry in 2015?   The construction industry, in which Spring Scaffolding operates, is in the midst of a tremendous boom with little signs of slowing down. With rising new development projects, coupled with the recurring existing building repair assignments, Spring is equipped and functional in all construction markets. With each building that requires repair, a sidewalk bridge must go up. With each new building that is erected, a hoist and scaffold system are needed. We will continue to leverage our network, services and skills to continue growing and expanding our scope of work in our growing industry. How will you be supercharging your productivity in 2016? Our productivity model moving into 2016 will be based upon expanding our client base to include new development projects that utilize the personnel and material hoists. By maintaining our primary focus on safety, Spring Scaffolding plans to capture new clients, while continuing to service existing clients, with its offering of new services. We believe that safety is the most significant variable contributing to our success, which we ensure will remain at the top of our list when expanding our relationships with property owners and contractors.
