Manhattan, NY Chef-driven, vegan restaurant by CHLOE is the latest fast-casual spot to open a new location in what has become a major restaurant corridor in the Garment District. by CHLOE has inked a 1,787 s/f, ground floor retail lease at 1385 Broadway. Savitt Partners, a full-service commercial real estate company that owns and manages nearly three million s/f throughout Manhattan, serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the property and negotiated the transaction on behalf of the building ownership. 

Phil Katz of Katz NYC represented by CHLOE in the lease. The Savitt Partners team of Bob Savitt, Brian Neugeboren and Nicole Goetz negotiated the long-term transaction for the ownership.

This corridor is without a doubt one of the city’s most exciting restaurant locations.”

Among the upgrades completed are a new building entrance, redesigned lobby, new elevator cabs and mechanicals and the installation of energy efficient windows.
