Roth of Manhattan Skyline handles three leases totaling 2,742 s/f

East Hampton, NY Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. has signed three long-term leases totaling 2,742 s/f on the East End of Long Island for new locations for Khanh Sports and Shine at 2454 Main St. in Bridgehampton and Second Nature at 78B Park Place in East Hampton.

We are sure these new locations will serve them well, each with great visibility and foot traffic.”

78B Park Place - East Hampton, NY

Khanh Sports, a specialty shop focusing on bike, skate, pool and surf gear, will open their third location in the Hamptons at 2454 Main St. in Bridgehampton. The store was first established in 1997 by Khanh Ngo, a year-round resident, and this newest location features 228 s/f with 10-ft. of frontage on Main St. Nearby retailers include Starbucks, Helen Ficalora, Gloria Jewel, Julian Beck Fine Paintings, Sotheby’s International Realty, J. McLaughlin, Comerford Collection, Coastal Home Design and Complements.

In the neighboring space at 2454 Main St., Shine, a women’s clothing and accessories store, is opening its second Hamptons location, in a 592 s/f space with 16-ft. of frontage. Shine’s first location is in Montauk, and the store is owned and operated by Montauk Flighthouse LLC, a locally-owned family business established in 1970, which also owns Homeport, Capt. Kid, Pier Group and Fish City.

At 78B Park Place in East Hampton, Second Nature, a one-stop market for natural, organic and specialty health needs, has signed a long-term lease. The new market has 722 s/f of ground floor space with an additional 1,200 s/f of basement space (1,922 s/f total) and 10-ft. of frontage on Park Place. Neighboring tenants include Les Toiles Du Soleil, Brunello Cucinelli, Starbucks, Oliver Peoples, Stop & Shop, Tory Sport, Sweaty Betty, and Club Monaco.

Roth represented the landlord on all leases and Hal Zwick, director of commercial real estate at Town & Country Real Estate, represented Khanh Sports and Second Nature.

Also in Bridgehampton, a recent acquisition at 2446 Main St., where Sotheby’s International Realty is the retail tenant, is a second floor apartment available for rent.
