Rules to live by in business: If you are in a service business, you should serve your clients by making their work easier. Think before you take up the client’s time. Present solutions, not problems. Be nice, be empathetic, be personable.
What is your dream job? American Gladiator (but my size and the current state of my knees would get me chewed up and spit out pretty quickly).
