Executive director of the Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I hang out with my kids and attend their various activities, download on their day, read and exercise Favorite book or author: Of all time? Probably ”Lord of the Flies” or ”Gone with the Wind.” I love the Hunger Games series. Lately I have been reading parenting books! Favorite movie: Ever? That’s hard. I love ”The Contender” with Joan Allen and ”City Hall” with Al Pacino. I’m a huge fan of the Hunger Games. Nowadays I spend a lot of time watching Star Wars with my children. Last song you purchased/downloaded? The Pitch Perfect soundtrack! One word to describe your work environment: Ever-changing. Rules to live by in business: Be honest and direct.  Be ethical.  Form strong partnerships and relationships. If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead, but not related to you) who would it be and where would you go? Maybe someone like FDR or another world-renowned leader who managed through a crisis, to ask what that was like and where they drew strength from in difficult times. I’d pick one of the restaurants in our district – there are so many choices! What is your DREAM job? That’s tough.  I’m not sure I have a dream job, per se, but there are a number of organizations that I admire greatly, and would love to be involved with some day, including the Central Park Conservancy, the Museum of Natural History, and the Alliance for Downtown New York.  If I had any talent whatsoever, my dream job might be to be on Broadway!
