What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? For the past two years, I have spearheaded the firm’s expansion into New York City, concentrating my practice in the areas of zoning and land use. Future plans include continuing to grow the firm’s New York City land use practice. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Spending time with my family, watching the Islanders, and fishing. Favorite movie: My favorites change often, but regarding recent movies, I really enjoyed ”Whiplash.” Last song you purchased/downloaded? The album I have recently been listening to most is Kid A by Radiohead. One word to describe your work environment: Rewarding. Rules to live by in business: Never get comfortable, and always push and challenge yourself. What is your dream job? Fishing guide in the Florida Keys (as a retirement job, so there is still a chance that could happen).
