What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? 3 years ago started Genesis with a sophisticated business model for "slow, calculated growth" The model has areas of retail sales and leasing, property management, investments sales and medical space growth. Some question the decision to enter into a new business during these tough economic times, but in fact it was a good time. We have been able to build a structure with no expectations and be ready for when the market turns which it is showing positive signs. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I wish I could say that I go home and relax, however we have a 3 year old daughter, who is the light of our lives, so unfortunately the word "unwinding" does not come too often when home. LOL! I look forward to getting home to my wife and daughter and having dinner before "bath time" and if I am lucky I get a chance to watch "Fresh Beat Band or Olivia"! Favorite book or author: James Patterson, Stuart Woods. Favorite movie: Toss up between Saving Private Ryan, The Hangover and Old School, "feels so good when it touches your lips" Last song you purchased/downloaded? I download a lot. One word to describe your work environment: Busy! It is nonstop, the moment I wake up. Rules to live by in business: Never burn a bridge. If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? I am not a guy that gets star struck, so I think I would go old school and ask my grandfather who past years ago. He was a hard working man, with saltwater in his veins. He loved his grandchildren so much and I would love to sit with him a tell him the tales of my successes (and failures) and we would simply go to Robert Moses Beach. What is your dream job? As they say "do what you love and you will never work a day in your life." People in my industry are "deal junkies"and as hard as it gets we would be bored without the daily grind and challenges.
