Manhattan, NY Landsea Homes, in partnership with DNA Development, officially broke ground on their 12-story, mixed-use development at 540 Sixth Ave., at the northeast corner of 14th St. and 6th Ave.

Landsea Homes and DNA Development tapped architecture and design firm Morris Adjmi Architects to design 540 Sixth Ave. When complete, the building will offer 50 residences, comprised of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, many with private outdoor space.
Sales are slated to begin this spring. The Eklund|Gomes team and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing are the exclusive sales and marketing teams for the project.
The project cost was not disclosed.
