Saratoga Springs, NY Newly formed DeAngelus Goralczyk PLLC (DG Law) is planning a ribbon cutting and open house event on September 19th to celebrate their firm’s expansion.
Attorneys Karen DeAngelus and Jacqueline Goralczyk formed the firm in March, and have tripled in size, adding two attorneys and two support staff to their team. Shortly after the formation of DG Law, Edward Hitti was welcomed as an associate to the firm and Shari Chrimes joined the team of counsel.
“Having been on the same transactions numerous times, I knew Jacki had the same high ethical standards and dedication to her clients that I’ve built my practice on.” said DeAngelus. They plan to leverage their combined knowledge and experience to successfully represent buyers, sellers, lenders and investors.
The team’s ribbon cutting and open house celebrating their new space is slated for September 19th, 4-6 PM. The works of local artist Tom Myott will be showcased. As a native of New York, Myott is best known for his ability to engage viewers by placing them in the midst of the action in depictions of Thoroughbred racing and equestrian competition.
DeAngelus and Goralczyk are excited to leverage more than 40 years of combined experience in delivering results-oriented representation to their clients and behalf of their strategic partners. The duo who’ve closed countless real estate purchases, realize that buyers face a litany of challenges when purchasing a home in today’s market. “Jacki appreciates the nuances of transactional business while working with clients toward a mutual goal of getting the deal closed.”
“Given the amount of information available online, would-be buyers and sellers are bombarded with potentially harmful misinformation,” said Goralczyk. The team understands the importance of being on the cutting edge of technology and just as important, the security of it, as Goralczyk holds a LL.M. in cybersecurity and data privacy and engages in continual training in the field of cybersecurity. She has dedicated her legal career to safeguarding the security of her client’s information.
In June, the team attained another objective, “It’s important to us to have conveniently located offices that are easily accessible to our clients,” Goralczyk said, “Though we have multiple closing locations across the state, we love the space in our new Saratoga home!” The office is off Broadway, at 18 Division St. Included in the space are two conference rooms, providing ample room to accommodate the needs of all clients.
DeAngelus Goralczyk PLLC sets out to be a part of the community as well, having already participated in events supporting charities such as the Alzheimer Association, Ronald McDonald House and Street Soldiers Food Bank.
