“We are so excited to be able to bring this development to Fort Greene. It’s an extraordinary opportunity for us to offer a unique, landmarked condominium building in such a coveted neighborhood,” said Andrew Barrocas, CEO of MNS. “The response to our pre-marketing campaign has been overwhelming and we are very confident that this will be a highly successful development that will ultimately become a Fort Greene icon, and one that can’t be replicated.”
