Farmingdale, NY Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) and CBRE completed the $15.55 million sale of The Cornerstone Farmingdale, a 42-unit, newly constructed apartment community.
Andrew Merin, David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Brian Whitmer, Kevin Donner, Ryan Dowd and Michael Collins of C&W, with Jeffrey Dunne, Gene Pride and Eric Apfel of CBRE, represented seller Terwilliger & Bartone Properties and procured buyer Fairfield Properties.
The Cornerstone Farmingdale is located downtown, adjacent to an LIRR train station. The community offers amenities that include a rooftop terrace with a firepit and grills, a fitness center and a clubroom with a billiards table, fireplace, and caterer’s kitchen. The apartments have finishes with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, tile backsplashes and 9 ft. ceilings.
