Queens, NY The Gene Kaufman Architect (GKA)-designed InterContinental Hotels Group property located at 38-55 11th St. officially broke ground.
The 162,000 s/f property, developed by Iron City Construction, will combine an array of amenities and include a restaurant, meeting rooms, a cellar and a rooftop terrace on the 14th floor of the 23-story complex.
