New York, NY According to Ripco Real Estate, Beth Rosen, an industry veteran, has joined the firm as an executive vice president. Rosen, who has been with RKF since 2001, has worked with a roster of retailers including, Kering’s Tomas Maier, Scotch & Soda, Simone Rocha and L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon. Additionally, Rosen has represented several owners, most notably, RREEF, the real estate arm of Deutsche Bank; L3 Capital; KLM Equities; Midwood Investment & Development; and the Related Companies.

Rosen comes to Ripco with 16 years of retail real estate experience and has spearheaded significant and complex retail transactions for clients from across the globe. Notable accomplishments include playing a leading role in shaping submarkets along Madison Avenue, especially north of 72nd St. and Carnegie Hill. Additionally, Ms. Rosen is very active in SoHo. Her eye for creating a unique, but strategic tenant mix, has resulted in recent leases for Simone Rocha and Gucci on Wooster Street, between Broome and Spring Streets, which helped transform the block.

Rosen earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a licensed Salesperson in the State of New York and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Board of New York.
