New York, NY Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., one of New York City’s leading real estate organizations, has arranged a new long-term lease with Joe & The Juice at 295 Greenwich St. in TriBeCa. Located between Warren and Chambers Sts., the new location features 1,040 s/f of ground floor space, 35-ft. of frontage on Greenwich St. and 12-ft. ceilings. The landlord was represented in house by Joshua Roth, vice president, retail leasing for Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., and Joe & The Juice was represented by Amira Yunis, Anthony Stanford and Elliot Ferris of CBRE.

Founded in 2002 by Kaspar Basse in Denmark, the chain has expanded globally, and has a large presence in Manhattan. Joe & The Juice serves fresh and healthy choices for food and drink, including fresh-press juices, coffee, tea, sandwiches, smoothies, and veggie shots prepared on-site.
Like other Joe & The Juice locations, customers can expect to find a spacious communal area outfitted with slick midcentury furniture, bright art, and book-lined shelves.
